me same, category A, i love my nuts and shellfish ler to sacrifice that for veggies? i dont see it ever happening but i do love the fruits from list A.

I'm in Category A. How can I test my oral acidity. hmmm... That looks strange writing it like that. lol!
pH testers can be bought at drug stores! :)
Recommendation :
Eat 50% raw foods, such as banana, avacado, grapefruit, grapes, lemon, pears, pinapples and all vegies.
Avoid these until balanced: animal potein, especially beef and pork, processed or junk foods. Cooked and processed foods become acid in the body.
and Avoid these: beans, cereals, crackers, eggs flour products, grains, oily food, macaroni and sugar. PLUMS, PRUNES and CRANBERRIES.
